ATI 9000 Pro / Windows XP Update

Hi all !
First post to this forum.
I have a quick question. When i go to update my windows xp it obviously asks me to update to Service Pack 2, which i decline, but I also notice that i have a hardware update as well. And that update is for my Ati wdm rage theater video nsp. What i find odd is that the download size of the file is O KB.
When i go to update it tells me that the update has failed.
I recently installed the latest catalyst drivers on the ati webpage.
Is there somewhere i can find this driver or installation file?

thanks

regards,
confused

I don't think the 9000 pro has a rage theater chip on it so you should not need the driver.

Microsoft just doesn't know what its doing...

plus generally Windows updates drivers are usually behind in the cycle. Stick with Catalyst or Omegas

Actually, It has ATI WDM Rage Theater Audio and ATI WDM Rage Theater Video. Something I never did quite understand to begin with.

But its loading the wrong WDM driver, afaik that card does not have VIVO and its loading the VIVO driver for it. I was under the impression only VIVO cards needed it
