Maybe. I could always turn around and sell it to a customer, or put it into my machine at work, or into the server. However, I really don't need it all that much as the 9500 Non-Pro is softmodded to 9700Pro, and it runs beautifully.

For the US only though. Canadian side still says "Pre-Order".

Anyone checked ATIs site recently?

Well then, here's the poop:

The X800XTPE refurbs are all gone (for both the US and Canada) for now. However, the X800 Pros are still there... with a new addition: they are now selling refurbed X800 Pro PCI-E cards, and for the same price as the AGP ones.

Time for another purchase.

it looks brand new and flawless, and it works fine as far as running in the computer.

that 510PP&C PSU was the best investment i had made, hope you enjoy yours stratman!

Installed today, and WOW, what a difference, lol, 3D Mark 05 gained over 800 points from my 6800GT, AM3 gained over 7,000 points, 3D Mark 03 gained about 700. I'm sure the new ram helped some, but i'm getting about 80 more fps in the games i always play. Awesome card for an awesome price !!

I got a letter last night saying the x800xt pe was in stock, but not shipped yet. How long am I likely to have to wait for shipping? Am a little afraid that this is just a delaying tactic.

I'm pretty sure if they emailed you and said it was in stock, you'll be getting it eventually, be patient, believe me, it's well worth the wait !!!!

I still haven't received shipping news, the suspense is killing me. I picked up a copy of chaos theory, on the theory it will give my (hope I actually get it) new card a work out.
