ATI custermer service sucks!!!!!!!

Can u belive i send out my defective x800pro agp back and 2weeks(today) i get the replacement and the sent me a rusty, metal bent in the front,smelt like burnt rite out the box video card, OMG! thats freaking BS!!! I promise u this i will not more from ati ever shitty azz custermer service im in shock so now i gotta wait another 2weeks for a replacement which will probaly be rusty and broken 2!!! THANX ATI U SUCK!!

Surprising, assuming they weren't just returning the Broken, Bent & Burnt card you tried to send them? Was it the original card they returned to you? or a different yet equally broke card?

i would be very pissed off, but would be glad if some guy that doesnt work at the tech support department of the company offered to help me out of the blue just because i posted in a forum

Yes i would want ur help Terry (from Ati ) but what is there 2 do i mean now i got 2 wait another probaly 2 weeks to get a replacement man that just isn't fare i have no pc no more i have 2 use the school's or my mothers..Y did i have 2 get screwd over man that blows o and for the person who ask before i sent my card in perfect physical condition they sent me one bent,burnt and rusty brown bak which probaly from in the garbage lol anyway ati should send me a even better card then the x800 for what they put me throught maybe the x800pro xt agp or w/e lol i wish LOL

dont push your luck too far man ! and think about it, there's human that works there and human nature isnt perfect. The guy that sent you that replacement card might have been in a bad hair day you know ... maybe he just put in the package the wrong card ... you never done any error in your life ??? be fair and give them a second chance, you should praise the lord that someone here ( catalyst_maker ) gave you the oppotunity to get this worked out ! very kind of him !

Yes, it is frustrating to wait another 2 weeks but, all in all you still get a good service from that company because on of their employee is ready to assist you in a kindly manner that i personnally never seen !

Be glad that one of the top people from ATI has interjected on your behalf and is honestly trying to help you - in other words, do not bite the hand that feeds you. It will all work out in the end. RMA's are never fun no matter which company you are dealing with, besides shipping time delays back and forth, plus processing time - it does take time and patience.

Tell your mom to share her computer till you get this minor snafu handled.

Agreed. Those kind of situations suck, but tend to happen. I mean, everybody makes mistakes.

I am the Catalyst RAE. You do not have to wait 2 weeks to receive a board. I will preship one out to you on Monday or Tuesday, along with either an ATI tshirt or cap.

I am really surprised to hear something like this has happened. This has to be a simple human error.

Do you still have the replacement board? What is the RMA number?

OK no problem. When did you ship it? I will arrange you get one shipped out you on Monday or Tuesday. This way you dont have to wait 2 weeks to get a replacement.

In general these days customer service just plain sucks everywhere.. (most of the time)... I like seeing a positive outcome.
