how to deactivate gc ram?

Hi

i have a 9800 Pro hercules and got graphic bugs in windows and also texture failtures in 3d games.

i think one of the RAM modules is broken.

so is there a way (tool) to deactivate e.g 64 of the 128 MB of ram ?
like deactivate pipelines?

I wouldn't believe so, I think if the RAM is messed up you don't have any recourse but to buy a new card or warranty the one you have
