Help with ATI X200

my friend bought a computer from best buy, its an hp, model: m7334n

anyway it has the ati x200, and he cant play KOTOR 2. I have seen several posts out there saying that there is no fix for this, I was just wondering if anyone has any info they can share with me.

I would think that it would run I don't see why not unless the game is to
demandaing for the low end / entry level graphics. Might buy a video card
then.... But it beats the games requirements for play.....

Even if you got it to play KotOR 2 it would probably lag to hell.

yes, it will play kotor 2, but it does indeed lag quite badly. I know the easiest solution is to just have my friend buy a new video card, but i was wondering if there are any know ways to make it work, at least until, he can purchase a new card.

I doubt you can make it work much better, the hardware is what it is.
