They aren't out until the 19th, thats correct. They are however available to a select group of people in specific locations.

If I told you I had one myself I doubt you would be surprised!

Legally in the UK its the 19th from O2. iPhone

I am sure some have leaked however, there are over 250,000 preorders already in the UK alone.

from the specs alone I can't see myself buying one to upgrade from my 3G just yet, maybe when my contract is up and the next gen is released....

I have the 3G and am in the US. While I love the phone and would gladly upgrade I hate AT&T's service. I don't want to get stuck in another two year contract (still have a year left) in the event Apple either opens the phone to all carriers or they switch to a new one. I'll wait until next year before I decide my next move.
