Looking for an mp3 cell phone ringtone program

Not sure if this exist, but i am looking for a program that will allow me to make mp3 ringtones for my cell phone. But there are a couple of features that i am looking for. I want to be able to import mp3's and shorten them, increase the volume on them, and most importantly add vibration to the mp3. I want my cell phone to ring and vibrate at the same time. If that program doesn't exist, anything that i comperable would be great.

AFAIK, the vibration is not part of the ringtone its a phone setting, so if its set to vibrate it will vibrate whatever MP3 you play, don't know how good they are but you can try here

Ya I have a Samsung T609 and it can play mp3 ringtones. The problem is that there is no option on the phone that allows you to play the ringtone and vibrate at the same time. The option are ring only, vibrate only, ring then vibrate, vibrate then ring, but never at the same time..lol. That's why i was wondering if there is a program that will allow me to do this.

I had an old Samsung E316 before this one and it had the same drawback with the ring/vibrate option. But it wasn't an mp3 ringtone phone, it played mmf files. I ended up finding a program that would allow mp3's to be converted into mmf files and add vibration to it. I am basically looking for a similar program but that works with mp3's.

OK, the issue with no ring&vibrate is common to all Samsung phones, I'm not sure that there is a program to do what you want because mmf are specific to mobile phones but what you may be able to do is convert to mmf using PSMPlay there is a forum link here that might help
