Quick Launch enhancement

I think this may already have been discussed here, but I couldn't find it on a forum search. I heard about a program that enhances the quick launch bar in various ways, such as allowing you to group programs and have folders in addition to just files and other such enhancements. I was wondering if anybody knows what this program is called, where I could download it, or where would be a good place to look for these sorts of programs (I couldn't find anything that matched my needs at download.com or nonags.com). Thanks in advance.

Dont know the prog, but you may want to check MajorGeeks or FileForum.
