Deleting Files
With all the programs out thier toughting "secure and fast" deletion of files, which is the best? Or is thier a method within windows that can be used to bypass the recycle bin and quickly and securely delete files?

secure and fast won't work together. There are many software that has this secure delete feature. Most of them are shareware tweaking utilities. I've been using TuneUp Utilities and it's secure feature erase. Use DOD 5220.22-M method 10 times at least.
