Netscape Navigator 9 problem

I have a problem with Netscape Navigator 9.0RC1.
I had a previous version (few months old IIRC) and yesterday I decided to accept the prompt to update the program to this version.
All went fine till I rebooted the Navigator.
Now I have a box sitting underneath the Status Bar which is 4-5 times the height of the status bar and has big red letters in it with this in it:

I am sorry for the lousy file but for the life of me I can't figure out how to save only that part to a file.

I tried all the menu items that I could think of, I tried customising the window, right clicking on the box etc, it just won't go away.

the old profile or some of config files values was not compatible with the newly installed program, or one or more of plugins, addons, now became obsolete for this version of the program.
it was then simply corrupted the program interface.
close the program, then clean out the files/folders in the profile, and then reopen the program so that i can create a new profile, cleanly.

soory i can't remember where the netscape installs its profile at...
but try... unhide all the hidden files on your Windows first, and then looking for it at these areas...

\Docs and Settings\<Windows log in name>\Application Data\...
\Docs and Settings\all users\Application Data\...
\Docs and Settings\default\Application Data\...

I was ready to do this when system crashed due to a video file...anway. After reboot I run Netscape and got a new update message...to navigator 9.0...
I said why not, so after restarting navigator after the "new"? update, everthing seems to be working fine.
Thank you.
