??? What is the best Web making Porgram you know of?

I was trying to make a web site and i dont know any webmaking Programs so i wanted to know which webmaking program do you think is the best?

Donator
I use Kompozer...its open-source and there is a portable version that you can run from a USB thingie so I can work on any PC

i make a layout in Photoshop, slice it then import the HTML file into Dreamweaver and code.
