it is possible ?? mobility radeon 7500 to use like radeon 8500?

i like to metal gear solid 2 - substance game...(PC version)

but it works only Geforce series and radeon 8500 or higher version...

i have mobility 7500 radeon video card......the reson why i couldn't play this game...

"tweak tool for mobility radeon 7500 to make 8500" is existance??

if you have good solution....it's thanksful for teach me.....

I'm pretty sure it's case the game as pixal/vertex shaders, or other DX8 stuff, if that's the case it owuld be impossible, but if it's not, they're might be a tweak somewhere that could fool the game into thinking you had an 8500...
