Problem with Windows Live Messenger

Hey everybody, hope you can help. I have an on going problem with my windows live. Every time after I log in it gives me a error messege and it has to close, even though i can ignore it and keep going. This is what the error message contains:

Error signature:

AppName: wlcomm.exe AppVer: 14.0.8064.206 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.5512 Offset: 00009eca

Code: 0xc0000005

Any help would be great.
