Does anybody do this?
Using Microsoft's PowerToys TweakUI
Internet Explorer -> Search 1. Create 2. Enter the Prefix for your search engine or some other searching tool. Example: Google I use "g" 3. Enter URL and replacing the search word with "%s" Example: http://www.google.ca/search?q=%s 4. Finish by pressing ok and testing it out. What does this do? It makes searching easier for me. Instead of going to the search site I just type in "g cows" in the address box in Internet Explorer and poof I get Google results I do the same for Dictionary.com for whenever I need quick definitions "d cows". I've also added Google Images and Thesaurus from Dictionary.com into this lil thing. Hope this helps people. If you don't already have TweakUI. Give it a go. It's a great lil "toy" Microsoft gives out for free. For me there is no need for a Google Bar
