help with Serif webplus x4 please

sorting out a website for the lads karate team

first try at anything like this and its all going ok...ish

but how the hell do i get text to display correctly

its a long story ...i will sum up

in the biogs the t and the J's seems to drop lower than the rest of the letters giving a wave type effect anyone know how i stop that , im using Times new roman as a font

beware of you answer this as i may follow up with 50 other questions

and yes there are a million spelling mistakes and the frame are out but this is just a rough draft as i try and work out how to do what

btw the help tells me this "the majority of your text should be entered into HTML text frames"
any idea how i do this ???
