Bootable Burn-in Software?

I need something like Memtest86+, but that will do both CPU and RAM at the same time.

Does anybody have anything that can be used like that? Some of the very few hits I've come across through Google are one or the other.

Take a look at Hiren's Boot CD, it's got a few test applications that should stress both CPU and RAM (do a text search for Testing Tools, they are near the bottom of the page).

EDIT: Most likely to satisfy you is the S&M Stress Test.
