Outlook 2010 high CPU usage
Anyone with Outllook having problems lately?
When i start Outlook my CPU fan ramps up and when i press 'reply' or 'new mail' the program goes into not responding mode. Even when quitting the icon stays in the notification area and i have to use TM to kill the outlook.exe process.

I'm sure you've scanned for spyware, etc. ???

Re: Outlook 2010 high CPU usage
Nope, a few of us use it daily at my workplace, myself included. No problems with CPU usage.
Are you completely up to date? Windows Update has a habit of not notifying you about Office updates.

Re: Outlook 2010 high CPU usage
Update is set for Windows and other Microsoft products, so Office is up to date. Also i did a scan at the beginning of the month, but i went ahead and did a NAV and SAS scan and nothing found.
I was reading about some add-ins, so i disabled everything except for Microsoft Exchange and OneNote and it still happens. I will try to disable those two and also disable NAV Office protection and take it from there.
