Tweak your mouse _smoth as possible_
PS/2
Goto RUN.. Type this :- devmgmt.msc then,.. goto [Mice and other...] (Mouse tree). expand it.. then, Doubleclick on expanded mouse item, then, Goto [Advanced Settings].. goto Sample Rate,.. ((( change the value to 200 reports))) then, press [OKAY] control. Maybe you have to restart...
