Making a FAKE CD

Just got ADSL. And I DL a CD-IMAGES(ISO) of a program. Now I would like to know is how do I install the program without burning it to a CD-ROM? I've heard of a program which would emulate a CD-IMAGE to act like a CD-ROM drive! COuld someone tell me where can I DL it?

alcochol 120 percent is great from burning and making ISO

virtual cd can make and handle virtual cds too and more comfortable.... but you have to pay for it
