Cable Modem Booster

Hey folks I have been having problems with my cable modem connetion speed.

I downloaded internet accelerator and since nit has knackered my connection speed.
I need something that can do the same as what that program is meant to do!! Any heads up ppl!

You might just need to adjust the MTU settings.

Beware, but give Neon Cowboy a holler, I downloaded a modem uncapper and it worked damn well till they caught up with me in a moment of carelessness. But I was fortunate that they offered me an upstream increase for a price. I recommend you contact your ISP or service and check out the problem, I got good help from Adelphia, almost unheard of but true. By the way, where are you in the carib?

expaing pros/cons/methads/and involved risks in doing this

it not for everyone, may have him try some "tweaks" first, and show him how to truoble shoot a docsis modem (geeze another artical idea i really must sotp i'm overloading myself ROFL)

Well thats a borderline topic there I would think since it is illegal to do so @uncapping the modems.

my company rogers said theyd catch within a number a minutes if u uncap haha, i knew a few ppl that did before and dont do it anymore. nonetheless, it should be talked about here and processes of doing it

Not interested in doing anything behind the company's back!!

I have contacted my ISP and we ran some tests and it would appear that something is wrong witht he line. So a tech monkey is coming out on Tuesday!!

Which means me better clean up some files etc

Actually it SHOULDNT be talked about here since it is illegal.And since the issue was solved.
