Someone must have seen this before - I am at a loss.......... No help from SYmantec ![]() Norton Antivirus 2004 - updated from 2003

Is the difference between versions - 2002, 2003, 2004 only software. What I mean is, you have updates do these all remain the same for each program? Or do the updates change or stop for earlier versions?

i cant see the image now so not sure whats the error.
anyway, check out solution 2... to delete all copies of the Settings.LiveUpdate file... http://service1.symantec.com/support...P&csm=no&tpre= (the fix should works for 2002-2004 versions) then run LiveUpdate again. and if after all that and still no good.. a clean uninstall maybe needed... go to add/remove for removing the program / livereg / liveupdate, and remove all symantec/norton retated files/folders in explorer, then reinstall it. |
