im looking for a reg cleaner (FREE) any ideas?

I use EasyCleaner 2.0 - cleans your registry, locates and removes duplicate files, remove entries from startup/star menu, and other features too.

Yeah easy cleaner and Registry Mechanic are both top notch applications to take care of the registry. I've used both and they work great. Easy Cleaner is free, registry mechanic has a more polished interface but costs money. Either way you win, easy cleaner more so though since its FREE

i use a combo
easy cleaner and reg seeker (reg seeker seems to find alot! and its free and reliable)

use both
