Sure I'll help ya out. This will require 3 reboots

1) put the program on your desktop

2) launch it

3) go to TRACE... Next boot...let it reboot and WAIT for it to launch again *should take less than 2 minutes*

3a) Check the first graph for a vertical bar somewhere to the right and remember the number (38 seconds, 76, whatever it is) thats your current boot time

4) go to TRACE ... Optimize System...and let it reboot again

4a) when it comes back up, it will take the data from the first reboot and organize the data best as it can to shorten your boot up time. *the process is too detailed to explain...just assume its taking care of everything*

5) when its done, go to TRACE...Next boot and let it reboot again

Now check for that vertical bar and now it should be closer to 0.

When I ran this on a clean install of XP on my P4 1.3, I went from 67seconds to less than 20.
It rearranges the registry and does a partial defrag to move files to the faster parts of your hard drive, thus, shortening your boot time.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it turns out

Myztik19, Bootvis is GOOD, but it doesn't usually work miracles.

Here's another thing you can try, though. I've had really good luck with it.

Instead of clicking "TRACE | NEXT BOOT, " use the "TRACE | NEXT BOOT + DRIVER DELAYS" option. When you restart, there should be a graphical representation of what drivers took how long to load (you may have to check the box on the left). This should tell you what drivers are slowing down your boot. Updating them can make a big difference.

One of the computers I have is nForce-based. I had some bad nForce drivers loaded and it would take me some 140 seconds to boot. I ran Bootvis, identified what drivers needed to be reloaded and upgraded and I got my boot down in the 20s. That said, I can't guarantee your luck will be this good, but it's worth a try.
