All you do is download a client like Azureus that allows you to limit your upload speed. People on DSL and CABLE get horrible speeds on torrents cuz they don't limit their upload. Limit your upload to about 75% of it possible amount and you'll see what I mean. I get amazing speeds on torrents and I'm only 256kbps upload. Most of my torrents come in above 100kb/s.
