Game XP
This is a great freeware app that optimizes windows xp for gaming purposes. What it does is in laymens terms is free up processor power by shuttimg down all programs running in the background, also changes virtual memeory, mem cache, and processor scheduling. Have seen many articles about optimizing xp for gaming but only GAME XP does all the changes combined without hacking the registry, this app makes it easy for the noobs and power users alike, without messing with the registry.
