Norton Systemworks Question...?

I have had Norton Systemworks for the past 3 years and for 3 years I have had problems with "Autoprotect".It will work for 3 or 4 weeks and then stop.I will uninstall thre whole thing,then reinstall and it will work for 3 or 4 more weeks,then stop.You cut it on and restart and it still wont work.Does anyone have this problem that has found a fix???...Thanks

I go to there website and do what they say do and it still screw's up.And then they wanna charge you up the yeng-yang for tech support.One of those "per minute" deals.I would switch if there virus scan wasnt so good.

i always turn that off or have never used it.

I've never used it (Autoprotect - I have used Norton's other features for years...) either, but might suspect that you are using an old version of Systemworks - what's the version? Running XP?
