Some Good News!!

Hello Everyone,

I thought I might share some good news with you all, at some point in your time with Pc's you will need to recover data that has been lost.

I have just had to reimage my hard disk - the drive was even defragemented after the image was applied. I was under the impression that the data was lost for good, but this wasnt the case!!

This utility that i have used is unbelievable... it is called ESS Data Recovery 2.1 There was a time when NASA purchased thousands of computers containing 10GB and 20GB Quantum AS series hard drives, some of which are prone to failure due to head problems. When ESS received the first few cases they recovered all the data!

Some of their clients have been:

  • NASA
  • Lockheed Martin
  • Brookhaven National Laboratories
  • The Mayo Clinic - Damaged data from 9/11

Anywaz my point of posting this is to let you know that there is a way of recovering data that you format, reimage, lose! PM me for details if you need help or add me to your MSN

No link on their site to download the app. Did you send your drive in? Or did they point you to a location for download?

Thats an interesting peice of software that I'd like to mess around with.
