you didn't mention what type of your mail server,
are you using POP3/SMTP servers for incoming/outgoing mail?
or is it an HTTP server? MSN or Hotmail? or what account?

what is your server settings at the moment (the server information for your mail accout that you set/use in the outlook express) ?

if you use a POP3 server, then i like to see the info of..
Incoming mail (POP3): ??
Outgoing mail (SMTP): ??

if your mail accout use an HTTP server, what's the HTTP Server URL: ??

i also like to know... What's the error message that shows in the outlook express when you could not receive or send mails ?

can't go for any answer easily without these informations from you. unless someone is using same servers as yours and having same problem,.. you can wait for an answer.

System Specs

Look at sympatico's help site...they should be listed there. Many isp's have their e-mail server settings there.
