nerovision express isn't opening....

i have xp sp2 and i installed the oem bundle that came with my burner (also tried the purchased version)...it simply will not open...it says it's open as a process, but no windows open or anything...if you try again it says it's already open, but there's no screen showing that it is...is anyone else having this problem???
