Logitech MX1000 Uber Configs

Not 100% sure if this is the right forum or not but oh well .
These configs for the MX1000 and other Logitech Input Devices (MX510, etc.) are awesome
http://forums.logigamer.com/viewtopic.php?t=142
There's links there for a whole bunch of Logitech Input Devices, and all you need to do is download it and put install it (correctly of course ) and you'll have tons of new configs for your mouse/keyboard.

Very cool. Thanks for posting this Sarge. After using the new AutopatcherXP today I'm in the tweaker mood.. and this makes it even better.

Thanks man.

sargent, have you tried the 2.30 drivers? they're supposedly only for the new mx518, but they work fine on my mx1000 and it recognizes it also. It has a new game tab. I like the default configs for the 10 buttons, so i don't think i'll need this...yet, but try the 2.30s, ill post a sc of the gamer tab

the mouse button config on the 2.30 also has 10, i dont remember if the 2.14s do

Nice find. 2.30 runs great on my MX1000 as well. Left/right scroll becomes configurable and it also just feels better not using a six months old driver like the 2.14.

well, unless you guys come up with some sort of conflict/perf issue think i will give the 2.3 a whirl.
do you need to manually uninstall the 2.14 or does the 2.3 have an auto uninstaller?

any of you guys use the MX700?

I have this mouse now and was thinking of getting the MX1000 but didnt know if it was worth the upgrade since the mx700 is a sweet ass mouse anyway.

thanks

i tried it & did not like it, took it back. i really like my 1000.
if iyour 700 is working good for you & you are happy with its performance i would not spend the $$ until you need the better performance. & by that time they will probably have the new improved rev2.3 out.
