Logitech Setpoint
I recently purchased a Logitech LX7 cordless optical mouse to replace my old mouse that died. I've been trying to uninstall the old drivers that came with the mouse so I could install the new 2.47 drivers that I downloaded from Logitech's website. First I cannot uninstall the old drivers from Add/Remove Programs in my Control Panel. Then when I tried to install the new drivers, they would hang right at the end of the installation. Anyone know of a way around these troubles?

Look in your "Program Files" folder for the Logitech Folder and see if you can uninstall from there. I've not had this problem with the SetPoint before, my guess is the first installation is corrupt, causing it not to be recognized as being installed. Maybe deleting the folder and cleaning registry entries would help you out.
