I have read all the documentation and couldn't find any info on this subject.
I want to be able to record using the effects in the Kx DSP using Cubase SX. I have the "in" and "out" from the prolog going directly in to ASIO 0 and 1 in the epilog. I can hear the effects but they are not applied to the recorded WAV file. I have tried messing around with different setups in the DSP but couldn't come up with anything that worked. Anybody figured out how to do this? Thanks! |

Ok. I tried running the AC97 ins from the Prolog through an xsumm and a reverb and then to the Asio 0 and 1 on the epilog. Now the effect is applied to the WAV file when I record in Cubase SX but it sounds really bad. The reverb has way to much echo or something. The same reverb sounds great, however, if the reverb goes through the Router first when I am just listening to it through the speakers. I cannot connect any of the outs from the router to the Asio ins or I get nasty feedback.
If anybody can help explain what I am doing wrong that would be great! thanks. |
