Kx Asio Problem in SX

HI, there,

What a great forum!

I'm new in this forum and first want to thanks every persons who helped me understanding Kx driver and gave me the road to follow.

My Problem is very simple, this message appears in SX while i try to select the KX ASIO driver in the device menu "Multitracks":

Error creating input Buffer #0: error=-105[size=1024]
GetLastError()=2

VirtualLock failed ('-5'bug). Compact your memory and retry

What does it mean?

What should i do?

Are you using version 3529? Those errors seem to be fixed in this new version.

Keep in mind that version 3529 is working best with windows XP. 3530 which will be available soon (according to other posts) will work fine with all windows versions.

Thanx, it works. But there's a new problem now when i try to record a stereo track there is only left chanel working. i select the right input and the right outputs in SX. So i don't know.Thanx for the tips. Have a nice day.

hello whiteknight,

did you install the full version of 3529 or the update for 3528 ? problem is, i installed the update and still have the problem (win2k). the intresting thing about it is that i only get the message when i close a project with vst instruments, otherwise the driver works fine.
