Sb Live! 5.1 hook with onboard Audio SPDIF?

Hello everyone, first i wanto to apologize for my bad english. I have a Sb Live 5.1 (SBO222) with KX 3538L. I was wondering if i can hook it with the onboard 5.1 audio device via SPDIF and how it can be done....(I have a Albatron KX400+ Pro motherboard)

Thanks in advance!

PS: Congratulation to everyone, the coders, the people who replies. those who asks. This is my first thread but im using the Kx drivers for 2 years now....

I connect the onboard SPDIF out to de CD IN SPDIF in the SB Live...is that ok? how i have to configure my DSP?

UPDATE: Ok, the problem seems to be that the onboard audio card is not sending signal to the onboard SPDIF out.

i tried to solve this issue using Virtual audio cable, now i got signal in the CD IN SPDIF from the SBlive but with a large latency....

I use VAC this way:

Wave in: advance AC97 Audio (onboard audio)
Wave out: advance AC97 Audio (onboard audio)

Is there another way to make my onboard audio card to send signal to the onboard spdif out?

There must be a slider with the onboard audio where you can select SPDIF out and adjust the signal...

or have you already tried that?
