kx maps (or presets) for recording in Stereo

Hello everyone! I'm new here but I've been a user of the kx driver/DSP/mixer for years coz I've got the EMU ASP audio card. My problem is that I can only record in mono, one channel at a time. That is, the kx left channel only (I think Rear L in the audio card); what I'm desperately needing, is being able to record on the Rear Left Input channel and the Rear Right Input channel at the same time, but I haven't being able to set the correct kx DSP routing.
Are there any dsp maps or kx DSP/mixer presets available for achieving this? I'm using kx audio driver/ kx mixer version 5.10.00 3537 on Cubase SX3, I use kx ASIO, my Soundcard is the EMU APS 1998 PC545 REV4 9845 W5, I dunno what's the DSP configuration I'm using, but it allows me to use the left channel only;but I've been trying to route the Rear Left Input and Rear Right Input without succes.
