Opening ASIO control panel from shortcut?

Hi all, time again for one of my far between kX questions

I find myself switching between different ASIO latencies frequently, i.e. low latency for playing and recording, higher latencies for mixing down. Is it possible to launch the ASIO control panel without going through the systray icon menu or mixer menu, maybe with a command line switch or something like that? It'd be really great if I could hook it to a shortcut or hotkey.

TIA

Re: Opening ASIO control panel from shortcut?

Let see - normally the audio application has a button to launch what ever ASIO device is active's control panel...

Then there is Russ' QuickLaunch Addon for kX - where you can use a hot key to open pretty much anything kX related - including the ASIO control panel.
kX Stuff

Its called PluginQL - I use it myself.

Tho it would be nice to know if ASIO properties could be changed via kX Console too...
