cant adjust line record level with asio

Hi,

l'm using a sound blaster live 5.1 card with sonar 2.2 xl using ASIO.

l cant seem to adjust the record level for my Line in at all.

Seems like every single fadder that l've tried in the mixer does nothing at all.

Does asio have a different way of setting the line level input???

Thanks for any help this has been killing me for days.

"Ac97" fader of "Ins'n'Outs" page (contrary to "ac97" fader of "Recording" page for recording through other then ASIO interfaces)
