Hi there!
I'm new to the forum but have been using kx driver for quite a long time. I was using Windows XP with 3538m (also 3550) on "SB0060 10k1 [1000]" with no problem. But on Win 7 32bit, the 3538m kx mixer will not launch, and ASIO driver is present but not working (kX Init error: error initializing WinMM subsystem). After upgrade to 3550, the ASIO driver listed in audio software appears to be "kX ASIO SB0060 10k1 [1000]" but got the same error. If the 3550 driver is installed in new Win 7 installation, the kX ASIO driver will not appear. This error is not present on another PC running Windows XP, exactly the same machine and audio software So I'm asking if there is something wrong in my settings, etc, or is it a common error on Win 7 32bit. Thanks in advance. My key system specification is: Intel Core 2 Duo 6300 @ 1.86 GHz 1.00 GB RAM Intel branding motherboard (P965 Chipset) NVIDIA GeForce 6200 LE |

how did you registered it?
I tried regsvr32 kxasio.dll but it only loads dll into memory and doesn't install it. |

Re: help, kX ASIO + Win 7 32bit
Did you register it from an elevated command prompt?
