Amplitube 3.0.1 standalone mode cannot find audio device!?

Hi, folks!
I just installed Amplitube 3.0.1 and the wierd thing is that it cannot find the audio device when usin kX Aduio Driver (as a VST it works in a host program).
Guitar Rig 4 works with kX Audio Driver and everything is OK.

Should I copy/paste some file somwhere to fix that problem. Seems that reinstalling the app or the driver cannot do any good!

If here are some guitarists who like to give it a try, please you're welcome.
It is about the Standalone mode!!!

Thank you in advance!

Re: Amplitube 3.0.1 standalone mode cannot find audio device!?

Hi adXok:

What version of Windows are you using, 32-Bit or 64-Bit?

If you are using a 64-Bit version of Windows, you may be having this issue because, as far as I know, Ampltube 3 is still a 32-Bit application. So if, you're using an x64 version of the kX Project Audio Driver, you should know that only native 64-Bit applications can use the kX x64 ASIO driver.

If you're using a 32-Bit version of Windows, you do report a possible issue.

I see that you maybe find the same issue hence telling me to install ASIO4ALL and use it instead of Kx ASIO.

I am using Windows XP Pro SP3 x32 bits. The problem is with Amplitube cannot find kX ASIO device. But I still can use it without problems as a VST in Reaper so not so big deal.
