error creating output buffer
Hello all,
I'm very happy about finally not having to deal with my sblive's latency problems by having to buy an expensive replacement soundcard, but when I was going to try out recording with my newly installed kX drivers in cubase 5.0, a problem occurred... When I record everything seems fine, but when I stop the recording no audio has been recorded(!) Then when I close cubase a small window pops up and it says: "kx ASIO Error creating output buffer #1: error=-105[size=512] GetLastError()=2 VirtualLock failed('-5'bug) Compact your memory and retry. Retry? yes / no" I'm not sure if this is supposed to be posted in bug report part of the forum, so bear with me... I'm using the 3528 stable release, sblive5.1, intel p4 2.8ghz, 2x80gb raid-0 seagate ide drives. Cubase 5.0 (should get SX, 5.0 sucks...) Regards, Rune Knapstad |

ver.28 is very old already (and the error you mentioned is the known issue with it)... maybe you should try out 33 or 34...
