asio inputs & cubasevst/32 (SB0060 5.1)

I have seen alot of posts on this subject, however none seem to have my problem. When i go to the vst inputs menu, cubase tells me i have no inputs and brings up a vst instrument, and at the top of the vst mixer where it usually has inL & inR it has "No... ut" Pretty sure this is a cubase problem but i'm not sure.
This driver is the most innovative thing i have ever seen, i'm sure it can do anything, (hope)
