Cubase SX & Sample Rate Problem
Hi there, I'm new to all this so please excuse me if this has been addressed many times already. I'm using a SB Live card & was about to upgrade due to latency problems when I discovered the kX drivers. I assume for some reason that I can only record into Cubase SX using a sample rate of 48kHz. My question is: will I have any problems when I import samples into Cubase that have been recorded at 44kHz? Will I have to convert them to 48?? Any other advice/help, etc. would be most appreciated. Many thanks, mezcal.

Try searching the forum, it can be useful
![]() Anyway, you will need to convert them to 48KHz, which is the samplerate 10kx chips operate at. I suggest you using a good resampler; I recommend one used in foobar2000 (http://www.foobar2000.org/).
