Cubase SX & Sample Rate Problem

Hi there, I'm new to all this so please excuse me if this has been addressed many times already. I'm using a SB Live card & was about to upgrade due to latency problems when I discovered the kX drivers. I assume for some reason that I can only record into Cubase SX using a sample rate of 48kHz. My question is: will I have any problems when I import samples into Cubase that have been recorded at 44kHz? Will I have to convert them to 48?? Any other advice/help, etc. would be most appreciated. Many thanks, mezcal.

System Specs

Try searching the forum, it can be useful

Anyway, you will need to convert them to 48KHz, which is the samplerate 10kx chips operate at. I suggest you using a good resampler; I recommend one used in foobar2000 (http://www.foobar2000.org/).
