Audigy 2 with Adobe Premiere PRO

Has anyone successfully set up the KX drivers to work with Adobe Premiere PRO?
I have tried lots of different settings, but the 5.1 output is not like it should.
e.g. if I set up a mono sound to be sendt to the right surround speaker only, it gets sendt to the front right and front surround speakers.
I have set up the ASIO the way I read in the IO/DSP Assignment ( Out0 = front left, Out1 = Front right, Out8 = Rear left, Out9 = Rear right, Out11 = Analog center, Out12 = Analog LFE)

When using Adobe Audition, it all sounds like it should. And if I export the file as a 6 channel WMA file, it sounds correct in Windows mediaplayer, and also in the Premiere PRO preview window. But as soon as I place it in the timeline, it does not sound like it should.
I also exported as 6 mono files and put them on the timeline, and set up the sounds to go to the variouse speaker.
No luck...

Can someone please help...

don't mix up ASIO outputs (e.g. ports of kX ASIO) with "Epilog" pins("epilog" is the module of kX DSP that represents phisical outputs of the card):

by default ASIO outputs assignment is:
Out4 = front left, Out5 = Front right, Out6 = Rear left, Out7 = Rear right, Out8 = center, Out9 =LFE
(well, outs0/1 are sent to front too by default, but their routing depends on "surrounder" configuration, while outs4/5 are always sent to front only)

(also don't forget to set surrounder to "5.1" mode)
