I've updated my kx drivers from version 5, 10, 00, 3526 to the newest 3536. Now when I start cubase VST 5.1r6 it complains about the kx ASIO driver:

le point d'entrée de procédure ??0CKXDialog@@QAE@XZ est introuvable dans la bibliothèque de liaisons dynamique kxgui.dll

I'm not very good at French (but I'm learning, that's why my OS is in French), but I think it means something like this:

the entry (?) of procedure ??0CKXDialog@@QAE@XZ can't be found in the library-of-dynamic-links-something kxgui.dll

* The kxgui.dll is installed in WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder
* when re-installing version 3526, VST is working fine
* when installing 3534, same error
* the same error message appears when trying to choose kx ASIO in audio/system window in VST
* I have XP with SB LIVE! card, and the sound acceleration IS set to max.

Please help!

your installation is corrupted
remove the drivers completely (kxsetup --clean) and re-install, say, 3534f
