popping sound in cubase sx
Well I am very pleased with kx asio. I was just wondering is there any way to get rid of the popping sound without raising the latencey higher the the 2ms? It seems to work fine with 5ms but i can tell the slight delay.
thank you spaz |

No. Up to 10ms is fine for recording. 20ms is great for mixing. I don't know anybody who can use Cubase with 2ms with no pops, cracks... You can really hear the delay at 5ms? I really doubt that's something so noticeable...

Thanks for your reply.
Your right its really not noticeable. But when In the booth with no music its sounds like a tiny echo. When tthe beats playing and your singing You really don't notice it or its not bothering. Not a big deal. Hey it works a lot better then not having kx, nameen.

That's what I mean. Digi001 for instance, is also a 5ms machine... Most digital mixers add 2.66ms of latency... So I guess 5ms is pretty damn good hehe
