Routing from one app to another for recording
I'm trying to route from Stormdrums to Cubase SX (the vsti seems to crash cubase). I've set Stormdrums to output to kxOut02 and kxOut03. I then set Cubase to input from kxIn02 and kxIn03 (48000khz of course). In the DSP I've tried various ways of connnecting and none seem to get any signal from Stormdrum to Cubase. I can hear the drums when I hit a key so the sound is going somewhere routable I assume. But Cubase never shows any input signal. I've read numerous threads regarding similar situations but so far none have solved the problem. I dont wanna record in from 00 and 01 or I'll get feedback obviously.

ok kxout 2/3 becomes FXBus 4/5 if i'm not mistaken, try routing that directly to the asio ports in the epilog

Awesome, thank you very much DJ.. It didn't work quite as you said BUT after connecting the fx4 and fx5 to asio 2 and asio 3 then setting Stormdrums to output to kxout04 and kx0ut05 it worked!!. I swear I did this for fx2 and fx3 but I think I remember reading somewhere about certain SB cards not able to input from those fx bus's. But all is good now and I thank you

Attention
the FX2/3 is only for synth out, you can see it when you open the router and then the two synth.
