Big hiss

Hi hope someone can halp. Im new with the KX drivers.

Every time i open a channel to record i get a big 'hiss',
it comes through on the recording as well.
Its like a doubling of channels or something?
Like double the channel hiss, but sounds like more.
Im using kx - SB0360 driver with an Audigy 2zs.
I know there not conpletly compatable, unless KX have come
out with a driver for the 2 zs?
Would realy appreciate some help.

Regards Dan.

Do you have the Input unmuted in the In/Out tab? If so, mute it and see if that helps. All you need is the input on in the recording tab.
