Sad Need help with the dsp

Please help me !!
I have a SB Live! 1024 Value and i want to send the line-in signal on ASIO 4/5 and the aux input or the cd (analogic) input (connectors on the card itself) on ASIO 6/7. I can mix theses signals using the AC97 codec and send them to ASIO 4/5, but i want 2 separates inputs on 2 separates ASIO outputs.
Can anyone explain to me how i must configure the DSP and the KX Mixer ?
Thanks a lot !

System Specs

unfortunately on the live! cards you can only use one ac97 input at a time - this means only 2 channels can be used at once
