Help getting ASIO recording to work in Sound Forge
I thought I had my DSP correct but obviously I don't. I have
When I put my Src -> AC 97 Line In into ASIO 0 and ASIO 1 (using a ProFX ASIO module) when I hit record in Sound Forge it says "kX In 00/kX In 01 does not support 44,100 Hz at 16 bits." I'm not really sure what to do. I thought I just plugged my input into the ASIO module for ASIO recording? |

hi,
im not sure...... but i think thats because soundforge is set for 44,000hz 16 bit and because kx is at 48,000hz 24bit its telling you that theres a mismatch? i havent got soundforge so not surte whether you can set it at 48000 or not, sorry, someone else might know though. trev

Yep. Beat me to the thread delete
I thought the ASIO 48,000 setting was the MAX, but it was the ONLY rate I could record at. Changed Sound Forge to 48,000 and it's awesome. Perfect signal.
