probs with ASIO

Hello,I have a problem on the function of ASIO.
My sound card is SB live! (CT4620) and my system is WINXP with
sp2,I've installed the latest version of KX driver.but I can not use the ASIO on the software that named "RTPLAYER PRO",
CAN YOU HELP ME ? Here is the URL of the software.
